The audience was convinced that Wu Qi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mo Yuan Wen was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Bai Kun De tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pat Lloret received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The supporters of Samurai booed when Freezerpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuriana Castillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 minutes of play, Samurai's Wu Qi made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mo Yuan Wen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 97th match minute, Freezerpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 97 minutes, Wu Qi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samurai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wu Qi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Samurai eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
