The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goal looked a bit too open when Caitano Ponce came free, but Jan Ruzicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes, Caitano Ponce made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Jan Ruzicki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Cortes came free, but Jan Ruzicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Ruzicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Cortes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valleslona F.C.'s Tirso Benito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Valleslona F.C. from getting a goal against them. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Jan Ruzicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caitano Ponce in the 25th minute of play. Jan Ruzicki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Silvestre went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jan Ruzicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Silvestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Valleslona F.C.'s Caitano Ponce nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Ruzicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Florinio Calderon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rolando Silvestre made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's zone, Rolando Silvestre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Ruzicki came out of the goal and Rolando Silvestre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Dziura hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to Valleslona F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rolando Silvestre hit a great ball. Tirso Benito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Domaracki in the 70th minute of the match. Jan Ruzicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Silvestre, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Sebastian Dziura got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Valleslona F.C. made a substitution. Pau Gasol replaced Rolando Silvestre. In the 75th match minute, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Dziura to maneuver through the defense. Caitano Ponce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Ruzicki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. If Caitano Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Valleslona F.C.'s Pau Gasol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan Ruzicki. Jan Ruzicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Josue Garay kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Valleslona F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA throughout the match.
