The audience was convinced that Lázaro Ignado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafino Lopez was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Serafino Lopez made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Lázaro Ignado sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Dominix came free, but Diamantino Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF booed when El coca fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Matxin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Aguilera in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diamantino Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blas Matxin struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Diamantino Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El coca fc. El coca fc's Serafino Lopez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save El coca fc from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, El coca fc's goalkeeper Serafino Lopez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Ignado. 33 minutes into the match, COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Ardiles came free, but Diamantino Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Vagnar Ragnarsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serafino Lopez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Osvaldo Ardiles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF's zone, Lázaro Dominix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Magalhães came out of the goal and Lázaro Dominix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Ignado got free with Serafino Lopez in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lázaro Ignado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El coca fc:s Serafino Lopez showed great skill when he stopped Vagnar Ragnarsson:s penalty. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind El coca fc's goalkeeper Serafino Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 60 minutes El coca fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vagnar Ragnarsson who took care of the corner kick. Vagnar Ragnarsson made a great header on COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF's corner, it was just that El coca fc's Serafino Lopez managed to reach the ball for a save. COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF's Erivaldo Pernambucano was substituted for Dino Maquiano. In the 68th minute, Lázaro Ignado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafino Lopez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Serafino Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Ignado in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Lázaro Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafino Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ignado, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. El coca fc's Serafino Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Ignado in the 78th minute of play. El coca fc's Osvaldo Ardiles got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serafino Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86thth minute of the game Lázaro Ignado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El coca fc's Serafino Lopez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Ignado in the 92nd minute of play forced El coca fc's goalkeeper Serafino Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Dominix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, El coca fc's goal looked a bit too open when Erivaldo Pernambucano came free, but Serafino Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The COMBINADO F.C. FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while El coca fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
