An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Jarosz in the 31st minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Colin Kelleher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olaf Jarosz in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Colin Kelleher saved Konurbano Atletico from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigiusz Bubczyk got free with Farid Mondragon in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abi Schrape, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Amadeo Favila hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Andırın SK's Farid Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Rubio in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Konurbano Atletico booed when Andırın SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rain Raitviir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Farid Mondragon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
