After 22 played minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Löfgren. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Paulista got free with Jonathan Vallin in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Youth Academy Of Rhye's Diego Corderall got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Vallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Youth Academy Of Rhye were furious when Çağrı Torehan was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 42nd minute, one of Youth Academy Of Rhye:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Youth Academy Of Rhye. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Diego Corderall made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Diego Corderall dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Delfim Porto, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Paulista in the 57th minute of play forced Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalkeeper Jonathan Vallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakob Nordström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Porto having to interfere. Valdir Pena scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Vallin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Youth Academy Of Rhye's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão Mello came free, but Jonathan Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim Porto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Youth Academy Of Rhye. In the 77th minute Abel Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Vallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delfim Porto was a little too slow when Jakob Nordström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-2. Jonathan Vallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Faria in the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Diego Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Youth Academy Of Rhye's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jakob Nordström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvério Andrade's late challenge caught a Youth Academy Of Rhye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvério Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Caxinha F. C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Silvério Andrade hit a great ball. Youth Academy Of Rhye were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
