A hard shot 12 in the game by Aquiles Gana from a close distance when the talented Herminio Arnas managed to make a qualified save. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's players were relieved. Jairo Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Gamus in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Herminio Arnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Herminio Arnas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Gana. After 21 minutes ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eray Çetinoz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led AC Morena's Eray Çetinoz to fire away a dangerous shot which Herminio Arnas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herminio Arnas came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Morena's Aquiles Gana. But to his dismay, Aquiles Gana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Aquiles Gana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Herminio Arnas firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Aquiles Gana managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Morena's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Gana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Arnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Aquiles Gana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Biagio in the 38th minute of play forced ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Herminio Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AC Morena's Jairo Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Berasko in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aquiles Gana to make the kick off. When AC Morena's Aquiles Gana in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Herminio Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Gana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Di Biagio in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute Aldo Di Biagio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When AC Morena's Aquiles Gana in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute, Aldo Di Biagio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AC Morena's Alex Buffone was substituted for Carlo Bussi. 72 minutes into the match, Mats Rombouts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Asteguieta. AC Morena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mats Rombouts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. AC Morena's Camillo Consalvi was substituted for Eray Çetinoz. Jairo Asteguieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Rombouts, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a little luck, AC Morena's Jairo Asteguieta got control of the ball when Camilo Gamus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, AC Morena's Ercole Carosella got a free kick in the 81st minute. Herminio Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Gana in the 83rd minute of the match. AC Morena's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Mats Rombouts scored to the left of an out of position Jairo Asteguieta, making the score, 2-2. Aquiles Gana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
