RED SHARK FC's players were relieved. 1-0 became the score in the 18th minute when Sjef Kostermans elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Theo Tauhid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sjef Kostermans in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute, Edward Saliba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of New Chelsea FC booed when RED SHARK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ace Tampubolon didn't get a good kick on the ball. New Chelsea FC's Alfredo Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anak Mami in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd match minute, RED SHARK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kahlil Pelani to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes RED SHARK FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicky Suryana. Sjef Kostermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Tauhid having to interfere. New Chelsea FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when New Chelsea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diding Mudaffar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Horado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. RED SHARK FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jimmy Basuki in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RED SHARK FC's zone, Sjef Kostermans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Tauhid came out of the goal and Sjef Kostermans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Sjef Kostermans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theo Tauhid was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 88 minutes into the match, RED SHARK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sjef Kostermans came free, but Theo Tauhid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Kahlil Pelani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theo Tauhid came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by New Chelsea FC's Sjef Kostermans. But to his dismay, Sjef Kostermans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 96 minutes into the match, RED SHARK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sjef Kostermans came free, but Theo Tauhid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Chelsea FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
