Staffan Högström was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luís Fábio Pimenta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tomás Guillen firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Luís Fábio Pimenta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Guillen. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match, Dário Gerber tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tomás Guillen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 23rd minute, Sakarias Stephansson made a precise shot to the right of Qu Bing Cheng. Matadores FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Qu Bing Cheng came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Timmernabben FF's Arnulfo Lugo. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Lugo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Qu Bing Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Stephansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes Timmernabben FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo Tepedino who took care of the corner kick. Dário Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Tomás Guillen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 80th minute, Sakarias Stephansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Qu Bing Cheng was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.
