Gustav Wallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomero Sugar in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustav Wallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Bajen's Nick Pope got control of the ball when Valentin Beckeman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute of the game Alex Göransson made a throw-in which Nicolaas Anelka played forward. Nick Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shea Caballero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Berggren came free, but Nick Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Wallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Sugar in the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Pihl United got a corner. Bajen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hubert Berggren ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Chico Dias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nick Pope quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 28 minutes into the match, Valentin Beckeman notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bajen's Nick Pope. Nick Pope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pihl United's Gustav Wallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Sugar in the 31st minute of play. Johan Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shea Caballero in the 36th minute of play forced Bajen's goalkeeper Nick Pope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Johan Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Sugar to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pihl United's goalkeeper Gustav Wallengren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Sugar. Nick Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Sugar took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustav Wallengren. Gustav Wallengren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gustav Wallengren made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Baldomero Sugar sent off a good shot on target. When Baldomero Sugar came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Bajen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Sugar couldn't finish the play. Gustav Wallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Göransson made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Enrique Ferreira immediately put the ball in play. Baldomero Sugar might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustav Wallengren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Sugar ran back to his position shaking his head. Hubert Berggren took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nick Pope. Nick Pope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 89th minute of the match Anderson Leal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nick Pope skillfully saved the ball. Baldomero Sugar struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gustav Wallengren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bajen. Many of Bajen's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Bajen may have spent more time on the ball, but Pihl United were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
