In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind TIGRE DE OURO's goalkeeper Julio Capitillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Raido Pulver notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of TIGRE DE OURO's Julio Capitillo. Julio Capitillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kings's attentive Sikstas Simanauskas managed to snatch the ball when Aaron Neville made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Julio Capitillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raido Pulver in the 17th minute of play. Julio Capitillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raido Pulver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raido Pulver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Capitillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Kings's Raido Pulver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Capitillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kings made a substitution. Luís Figo replaced Rocco Ball. Kings's Håkon Bjernemose quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Elder Luz, made in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54th minute Lui Vandré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Batüralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kings fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Kings's Raido Pulver looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 63 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Falcão came free, but Haşim Batüralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Raido Pulver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Haşim Batüralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Julio Capitillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raido Pulver in the 75th minute of the match. With his leg Julio Capitillo managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Kings's Raido Pulver fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raido Pulver did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Julio Capitillo 77 minutes into the match. Julio Capitillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raido Pulver in the 80th minute. Julio Capitillo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Raido Pulver sent off a good shot on target. Raido Pulver took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Capitillo. Julio Capitillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Julio Capitillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raido Pulver in the 90th minute. Raido Pulver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Capitillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Raido Pulver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Capitillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Raido Pulver slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 95th minute.
