Benedito Velasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 15 minutes Araguari MG's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcin Wietrzychowski who took care of the corner kick. In the 19th minute, Eliseo Frances left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC 1986 Vinalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Benedito Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Frances in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, AC 1986 Vinalito's Alberto Bidun got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Eliseo Frances notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Araguari MG's Benedito Velasco. Benedito Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Eliseo Frances sped through Araguari MG's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benedito Velasco. Araguari MG's Benedito Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Frances in the 30th minute of play. Leopoldo Linares's late challenge caught a AC 1986 Vinalito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Linares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Leopoldo Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Frances took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedito Velasco. Benedito Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Benedito Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Frances in the 34th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, AC 1986 Vinalito's Marcin Wietrzychowski made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedito Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 42 minutes, Eliseo Frances made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Araguari MG's Benedito Velasco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46thth minute of the game Eliseo Frances who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Araguari MG's Benedito Velasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Frances in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedito Velasco saved Araguari MG from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonçalo Vale made a kick off. After 52 played minutes AC 1986 Vinalito got a freekick which was hit by Pichit Mercier. Leopoldo Linares hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Maicon Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maicon Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maicon Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. AC 1986 Vinalito's Paolo Nicholas was substituted for Saverio Geleberto. In the 56th match minute, Araguari MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Sousa to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 60 in the game by Eliseo Frances from a close distance when the talented Benedito Velasco managed to make a qualified save. Araguari MG's players were relieved. 61 minutes into the game, Eliseo Frances cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Benedito Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseo Frances did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Benedito Velasco 64 minutes into the match. After 66 minutes, Eliseo Frances made it 0-12 with a short kick to the right side. Araguari MG's Benedito Velasco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. AC 1986 Vinalito's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcin Wietrzychowski in the 72nd minute. Eliseo Frances had several of the Araguari MG's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-14 score and a disappointed Benedito Velasco as he didn't even see the shot coming. 81 minutes into the match, Araguari MG's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Bidun came free, but Benedito Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Eliseo Frances got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Eliseo Frances reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benedito Velasco. The goal made the score 0-16. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Frances in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedito Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AC 1986 Vinalito played a much better game than Araguari MG and deserved their victory. The Araguari MG players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
