In the 34th match minute, Pakorro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sébastian Gentiletti to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Atarratze in the 35th minute of play forced Pakorro AFC's goalkeeper Bogdan Samokovliyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes Selebi-Phikwe got a freekick which was hit by Erik Van Buyten. In the 40th minute Peter Blomkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Pakorro AFC's Peter Blomkvist made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mitch Lauwers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erik Van Buyten hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Selebi-Phikwe defense, Peter Blomkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mitch Lauwers. The Selebi-Phikwe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mitch Lauwers should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Peter Blomkvist made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Peter Blomkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Mitch Lauwers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 58 played minutes Selebi-Phikwe got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson Neves. 62 minutes into the match, Selebi-Phikwe's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Blomkvist came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Blomkvist in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mitch Lauwers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Blomkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mitch Lauwers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Peter Blomkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pakorro AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Pakorro AFC made a substitution. Don Gamarra replaced Cornelio Kemen. Selebi-Phikwe made a substitution. Harrie Degryse replaced I Putu Okbo. Natanael Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Radan Anatkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Don Gamarra scored 8-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mitch Lauwers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
