With a little luck, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Abelardo Berenguer got control of the ball when Gísli Langnickel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Aversa's goal looked a bit too open when Juli Álvarez came free, but Emory Øien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Atlético y Tiro Rqta got a corner. Aversa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Sylvester ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Damian Sylvester almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aversa's Emory Øien did a great save. Emory Øien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juli Álvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Aversa's Abelardo Berenguer threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lotan Frøne, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Benino in the 42nd minute of play forced Aversa's goalkeeper Emory Øien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Atlético y Tiro Rqta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Sylvester to maneuver through the defense. Gísli Langnickel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Berenguer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Benino in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emory Øien prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Aversa's Anselmo Fulgenzi was substituted for Beppe Berardinelli. After 70 played minutes Aversa got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Vida. After 75 played minutes Atlético y Tiro Rqta got a freekick which was hit by Celso Etor. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juli Álvarez got free with Emory Øien in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Atlético y Tiro Rqta defense, Gísli Langnickel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo Berenguer. The Atlético y Tiro Rqta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Berenguer should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Aversa's goal looked a bit too open when Maxi Rodríguez came free, but Emory Øien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Suárez kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Vida in the 90th minute of play forced Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goalkeeper Abelardo Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Anselmo Fulgenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Berenguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gísli Langnickel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aversa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
