Konrad Bienienda started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Borówiec's Konrad Bienienda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerry Lodge. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. In the 18th match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Plumber to maneuver through the defense. Konrad Bienienda struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jerry Lodge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Borówiec. Quentin Nethercot kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 39th play minute Konrad Bienienda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerry Lodge. 2-0. When Valencia C.F.'s Joe Herring in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Borówiec's goalie prevented a goal. When Konrad Bienienda came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the FC Borówiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konrad Bienienda couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joe Herring stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC Borówiec defense, Joe Herring kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Borys Buffon. The FC Borówiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Borys Buffon should have stopped the shot. Borys Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joe Herring in the 60th minute. Lance Fairfax's late challenge caught a FC Borówiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lance Fairfax helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance Fairfax to maneuver through the defense. FC Borówiec's Igor Mazierz was substituted for Konrad Bienienda. Jerry Lodge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The supporters of Valencia C.F. booed when FC Borówiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Magdziarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When FC Borówiec's Igor Mazierz in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valencia C.F.'s goalie prevented a goal. FC Borówiec's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
