After some careless play in the PACYN defense, Daniel Konczan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lukasz Milan. The PACYN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lukasz Milan should have stopped the shot. Ariel Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Kolacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. U. de Tarapacá's Ariel Balboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save U. de Tarapacá from getting a goal against them. When Domingo Barcena came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the U. de Tarapacá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Barcena couldn't finish the play. Domingo Barcena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lukasz Milan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Ariel Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, PACYN's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Konczan came free, but Lukasz Milan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomasz Hetman struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Ariel Balboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PACYN. PACYN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Barcena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ariel Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Hetman in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alessandro Del Piero to strike the kick off in the second half. U. de Tarapacá's Ariel Balboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Kolacki in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind PACYN's goalkeeper Lukasz Milan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 88 played minutes U. de Tarapacá got a freekick which was hit by Orfilio Orbañanos. The audience was convinced that Orfilio Orbañanos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lukasz Milan was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PACYN's goalkeeper Lukasz Milan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. U. de Tarapacá had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
