After having played for 21 minutes, Mariusz Lato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariusz Lato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Mariusz Lato put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Freddy Finke. After a defensive mix-up in SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's zone, Mariusz Lato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Finke came out of the goal and Mariusz Lato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, İlbey Bayezit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Freddy Finke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ulf Erhardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dustin Meng got free with Anfilogino Rivera in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Finke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Lato, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 91st match minute, Orange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Aragones to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Orange's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Erhardt came free, but Anfilogino Rivera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurenz Gemar made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Orange's Diego Aragones. Orange played a much better game than SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin and deserved their victory. The SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
