After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Baiona Viñuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Baiona Viñuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mirza Olgunsoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuncay Baba in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waclaw Sadlowski saved Real Madrid from getting behind. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Tuncay Baba got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Güneş Süleyman made a precise shot to the right of Waclaw Sadlowski. Real Madrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Waclaw Sadlowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Uyaralp in the 18th minute of the match. If Güneş Süleyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
