Shaki Conn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, Canastro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Ivey came free, but Vladimir Miheev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito James could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Vladimir Miheev made a huge save. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yadulla Färäcov in the 41st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Canastro FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ForestFire:s goal. The goalkeeper, Vladimir Miheev, was totally fooled by ForestFire's Luisito James, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

The wind increased when Moises Cilio made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Ivey in the 51st minute of play forced Canastro FC's goalkeeper Vladimir Miheev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yadulla Färäcov in the 55th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimir Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Canastro FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over ForestFire's much stronger midfield.
