FC Steaua Pildesti's Pavel Nacu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Pike in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zygmunt Dunajski in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toke Panning saved Klassisk Framtid from getting behind. Silvestre Pumarejo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Toke Panning made a huge save. The corner led FC Steaua Pildesti's Börje Forsman to fire away a dangerous shot which Toke Panning despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 20th minute, Cristian Fința hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Pike in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavel Nacu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Toke Panning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Pumarejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. FC Steaua Pildesti were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Klassisk Framtid's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Börje Forsman took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC Steaua Pildesti's corner Börje Forsman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Toke Panning quite easily take care of the ball.
