If Loco Durazno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno. But to his dismay, Loco Durazno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Loco Durazno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Vulpăşin was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the game, Loco Durazno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Corneliu Vulpăşin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Loco Durazno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Loco Durazno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Unicorns ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loco Durazno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Georg Termander struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Lions FC. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georg Termander went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Strömbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 minutes, Loco Durazno made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Björn Björkqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 42 minutes into the game, Igor Dzierwa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Corneliu Vulpăşin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marin Tufescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Unicorns ™ defense, Loco Durazno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. The Unicorns ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Vulpăşin should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Corneliu Vulpăşin. That made the score 0-11 after 56 minutes of play. Corneliu Vulpăşin stood somewhat misplaced when Loco Durazno came free in front of goal and shot 0-12 to the left of him in the 61 minute. Loco Durazno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-13 in the ordered_time% minute. Golden Lions FC's Cosme Larpe was substituted for Leo Strömbom. Corneliu Vulpăşin stood somewhat misplaced when Burç Tokhan came free in front of goal and shot 0-14 to the left of him in the 71 minute. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan. But to his dismay, Burç Tokhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-15. Corneliu Vulpăşin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Burç Tokhan in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Burç Tokhan made a precise shot to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Unicorns ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-17. In the 90thth minute of the game Burç Tokhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Burç Tokhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Corneliu Vulpăşin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Burç Tokhan ran back to his position shaking his head. When Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unicorns ™'s goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Burç Tokhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Vulpăşin was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Corneliu Vulpăşin made an important save on a dangerous shot by İbrahim Efe Topdemir in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Golden Lions FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Unicorns ™.
