Boyd Winkler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boyd Winkler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Vern Wright managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pueblo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vern Wright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Smallwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carson Titus came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Carson Titus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aaron Smallwood was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aaron Smallwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyrell Houser, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Aaron Smallwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vern Wright in the 25th minute of play. Boyd Winkler made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Arturo Turner sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute of the match, Arturo Turner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Boyd Winkler was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The wind increased when Vern Wright made the kick off in the second half. Pueblo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mohammed Flanagan in the 52nd minute. Pueblo FC's Mohammed Flanagan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aaron Smallwood in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carson Titus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Aaron Smallwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyrus Strickland hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lanny Gilmore in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boyd Winkler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boyd Winkler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 59th minute of play. Boyd Winkler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Turner in the 64th minute of the match. With a little luck, Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood got control of the ball when Carson Titus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mohammed Flanagan charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Pueblo FC's Boyd Winkler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lanny Gilmore in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Santos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pueblo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
