When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Jamel Boyd put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stephan Garner. Stephan Garner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamel Boyd in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, S.D. Bajen's Jamel Boyd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stephan Garner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. S.D. Bajen's Rafael Felder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Hunter in the 27th minute of play. With a little luck, S.D. Bajen's Rafael Felder got control of the ball when Robbie Le Van tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuan Zimmerman in the 29th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Rafael Felder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lane Berg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stephan Garner having to make a save. Robbie Le Van recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes in the game, Robbie Le Van fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rafael Felder having to interfere. If Jamel Boyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. S.D. Bajen's Fabian Mims suffered a sore thigh after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robbie Le Van during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. S.D. Bajen's Scott Sanchez was substituted for Fabian Mims. Robbie Le Van hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rafael Felder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Le Van in the 75th minute of the match. Rafael Felder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kip Blevins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Kip Blevins came free, but Rafael Felder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Tuan Zimmerman sped through S.D. Bajen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafael Felder. Rafael Felder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curtis Hunter, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The S.D. Bajen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
