Tyson McHugh made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Arno Martirosyan sent off a good shot on target. Tyson McHugh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arno Martirosyan went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Terrance Norris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khachatryan's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrance Norris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tyson McHugh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arno Martirosyan made a kick off. In the 60th match minute, Djibouti Jujy Fruits was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Cunningham to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Manuel Stepanyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyson McHugh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Khachatryan got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Covington. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Khachatryan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Caleb Agostino was slow to take the kick. During this time Djibouti Jujy Fruits's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Caleb Agostino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Khachatryan's Odell Casey did a great save. Daren Randolph kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Otis Coppack charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otis Coppack the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Djibouti Jujy Fruits's Daren Randolph shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Odell Casey but with some difficulty. Philip Cunningham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Odell Casey made a huge save. Djibouti Jujy Fruits's Tyson McHugh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terrance Norris in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Keane in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Odell Casey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Djibouti Jujy Fruits's Andy Marion got a free kick in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Djibouti Jujy Fruits defense, Arno Martirosyan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tyson McHugh. The Djibouti Jujy Fruits fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tyson McHugh should have stopped the shot.
