The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Töpper in the 3rd minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Victorino Ebardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th play minute Macedonio Fonticoba came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victorino Ebardo. 1-0. Freddie de Nooijer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Schorta, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A hard shot 11 in the game by Macedonio Fonticoba from a close distance when the talented Victorino Ebardo managed to make a qualified save. Águilas Poblanas's players were relieved. Niklas Sule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Victorino Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Macedonio Fonticoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Ebardo having to interfere. Águilas Poblanas's Victorino Ebardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Töpper in the 19th minute of play. Macedonio Fonticoba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's Macedonio Fonticoba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Ebardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Amador Iturri. In the 23rd minute Aaron Schorta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie de Nooijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vampiros Aztecas were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Águilas Poblanas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Atilano Tallia took the corner. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Victorino Ebardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vampiros Aztecas were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Águilas Poblanas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Atilano Tallia took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Schorta in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddie de Nooijer saved Vampiros Aztecas from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Dé Töpper came free, but Victorino Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Macedonio Fonticoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Ignacy Huratiak replaced Eusebio Beltran. Águilas Poblanas's Godofredo Hibai was substituted for Aaron Schorta. The wind increased when Macedonio Fonticoba made the kick off in the second half. Atilano Tallia kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Elliott Granqvist hit a great ball. Vampiros Aztecas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Ignacy Huratiak scored to the left of an out of position Freddie de Nooijer, making the score, 1-1. 69 minutes into the game, Vampiros Aztecas's Dé Töpper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorino Ebardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Oliver Tena replaced Romulo Resto. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Freddie de Nooijer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Águilas Poblanas were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Vampiros Aztecas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jedrzej Lampe took the corner. The corner ended in Jedrzej Lampe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vampiros Aztecas's Freddie de Nooijer did a great save. Macedonio Fonticoba struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Victorino Ebardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vampiros Aztecas. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ignacy Huratiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Águilas Poblanas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacy Huratiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddie de Nooijer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute Niklas Sule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Ebardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Tena in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Tena came free, but Victorino Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jedrzej Lampe kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Jakub Wejta was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Atilano Tallia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Ebardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Sule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vampiros Aztecas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Águilas Poblanas for a fine match.
