Bermuda Dunes FC's Devin Purvis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Bermuda Dunes FC from getting a goal against them. Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintin McAlpin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 28th match minute, Bermuda Dunes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Johnson to maneuver through the defense. Trenton Long sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's Reginald Ludwig got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Gerardo Beard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Devin Purvis. The goal made the score 4-0. Omar Johnson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jospeh McNally tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Reginald Ludwig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abraham Mora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Bermuda Dunes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kubilay Akkaş came free, but Devin Purvis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
