Valette Stars's Mario Dewaele got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Norbert Cadart came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Herblay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Cadart couldn't finish the play. Tristan Vicente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Dewaele in the 38th minute of the match. Antonin Dagorne's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Long Jian Kuan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Valette Stars's Long Jian Kuan got control of the ball when Norbert Cadart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
