In the 65th match minute, AKS Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Sokol to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Adilson Quintal tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when AKS Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Majkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Urbes scored 2-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwan Fafinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iwan Fafinski came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Jataiense Futebol Clube's Candido Urbes. But to his dismay, Candido Urbes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Iwan Fafinski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Candido Urbes sent off a good shot on target. João Pedro Coutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliusz Majkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Candido Urbes in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Fafinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Jataiense Futebol Clube's Candido Urbes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iwan Fafinski. That made the score 2-5 after 96 minutes of play. The Jataiense Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jataiense Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
