A collision led to U21 Russia getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Denis Serebryanikov hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Gertsyk in the 7th minute of play forced U21 Russia's goalkeeper Stanislav Haprov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Anton Gertsyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 played minutes U21 Russia got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bruno. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona Lassa's Timur Savin got a free kick in the 11th minute. Vitaliy Eliseev in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Polikarp Miheev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 15th minute, Filipp Loginov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Anton Gertsyk made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Russia's Stanislav Haprov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Gertsyk in the 24th minute of play forced U21 Russia's goalkeeper Stanislav Haprov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Barcelona Lassa's Polikarp Miheev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save FC Barcelona Lassa from getting a goal against them. U21 Russia's Stanislav Haprov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Gertsyk in the 31st minute of play. Vitaliy Eliseev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Polikarp Miheev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, U21 Russia's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Chayo came free, but Stanislav Haprov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislav Haprov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Gertsyk in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, FC Barcelona Lassa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Sanguinetti to maneuver through the defense. After the first half FC Barcelona Lassa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute Ernest Chokmorov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polikarp Miheev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Chayo in the 53rd minute of play forced U21 Russia's goalkeeper Stanislav Haprov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Polikarp Miheev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Chokmorov in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Ernest Chokmorov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polikarp Miheev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Gertsyk got free with Stanislav Haprov in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stanislav Haprov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timur Savin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, U21 Russia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantin Liskun to maneuver through the defense. U21 Russia made a substitution. Filimon Tarasov replaced Mikhail Belov. Konstantin Liskun hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71st play minutes Anton Gertsyk shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Stanislav Haprov and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Chokmorov in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Barcelona Lassa's goalkeeper Polikarp Miheev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Ernest Chokmorov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Barcelona Lassa's Polikarp Miheev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amado Chayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timur Savin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Stanislav Haprov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barcelona Lassa. Stanislav Haprov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timur Savin in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, U21 Russia's Vitaliy Eliseev made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Polikarp Miheev was left in no man's land by his defense there! 91 minutes into the match, U21 Russia's goal looked a bit too open when Timur Savin came free, but Stanislav Haprov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Polikarp Miheev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitaliy Eliseev in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Amado Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Haprov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Barcelona Lassa played a much better game than U21 Russia and deserved their victory. The U21 Russia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
