After 4 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Springfält. In the 6th minute, MAFFIAN's Don Frye ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kazimierz Kazanowski. Kazimierz Kazanowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Kazimierz Kazanowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonas Hermansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonic Supereko, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Kazimierz Kazanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Frye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Don Frye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goalkeeper Kazimierz Kazanowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cain Velasquez. Jonas Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonic Supereko in the 17th minute of play. Wictor Springfält made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SS SuperSonics's Gilbert Joks. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alex Jonasson hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, SS SuperSonics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Brzakala to maneuver through the defense. SS SuperSonics's Gilbert Joks quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wictor Springfält, made in the 27th minute of the game. Jonas Hermansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sonic Supereko's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute SS SuperSonics were awarded a corner. Teobald Gregorczyk went to the cornerflag to take it. Sonic Supereko scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Hermansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Cain Velasquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAFFIAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cain Velasquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 51st minute, Greger Broberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute of the match, Anton Rosen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonas Hermansson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 64th minute, Wictor Springfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Wictor Springfält got a free kick in the 76th minute. SS SuperSonics made a substitution. Bambang Bamba replaced Sonic Supereko. SS SuperSonics's Antoni Jaktorowo was substituted for Teobald Gregorczyk. In the 78th minute, Wictor Springfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boguslaw Dyczkowski's late challenge caught a MAFFIAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boguslaw Dyczkowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when SS SuperSonics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Dyczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Springfält. If Bambang Bamba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bambang Bamba in the 91st minute of play. Jonas Hermansson came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by SS SuperSonics's Bambang Bamba. But to his dismay, Bambang Bamba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
