Damon Gascoigne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Volko Schütz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Jim Emberson put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Volko Schütz. Jim Emberson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Volko Schütz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC ARK CS's Damon Gascoigne got a free kick in the 15th minute. Seb Jennings scored 0-4 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Volko Schütz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seb Jennings in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Volko Schütz saved FC WOUDOO from getting behind. In the 23rdth minute of the game Jim Emberson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC WOUDOO's Volko Schütz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Volko Schütz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jim Emberson's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After 27 minutes of play, FC ARK CS's Seb Jennings made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Volko Schütz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Volko Schütz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Emberson in the 30th minute of play. FC ARK CS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Scott Martindale in the 34th minute. The supporters of FC ARK CS booed when FC WOUDOO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lutz Dülberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC WOUDOO's Lutz Dülberg got a free kick in the 37th minute. Seb Jennings took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Volko Schütz. Volko Schütz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 47th minute FC WOUDOO were awarded a corner. Kuno Keiderling went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC WOUDOO's Kuno Keiderling to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastian Monkhouse despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jim Emberson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Volko Schütz was a little too slow when Jim Emberson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-8. A collision led to FC WOUDOO getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Palle Berlin hit a great ball. Lutz Dülberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sebastian Monkhouse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lutz Dülberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Jim Emberson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seb Jennings got free with Volko Schütz in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute, Palle Berlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Volko Schütz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Emberson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC ARK CS were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after FC WOUDOO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Scott Martindale took the corner. When FC ARK CS's Jim Emberson in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC WOUDOO's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Jim Emberson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC WOUDOO's Volko Schütz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 85 in the game by Seb Jennings from a close distance when the talented Volko Schütz managed to make a qualified save. FC WOUDOO's players were relieved. FC WOUDOO's Volko Schütz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FC WOUDOO from getting a goal against them. When Jim Emberson in the 88th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Volko Schütz kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-10 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jim Emberson in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Volko Schütz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The FC ARK CS players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
