The supporters of Elite Azulgrana booed when TATA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Lángara in the 10th minute of play forced TATA FC's goalkeeper Luis Cuartio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Lángara in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Cuartio saved TATA FC from getting behind. TATA FC's Luis Cuartio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Flores in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Elite Azulgrana's Jaime Casomiro was substituted for Jairo Rosario. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Lángara to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 92nd minute, Isidro Lángara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elite Azulgrana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
