Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tor Josefsson started the match with the kick off. Rolf Thidén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Lennartsson in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Ernst Lindgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dan Blanck kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Tor Josefsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolf Thidén was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jens-Ove Holmberg scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolf Thidén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Nykvarn's zone, Ernst Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Matsson came out of the goal and Ernst Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bygdeträsk IF's Rolf Thidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Erserman in the 28th minute of play. Oliver Bergfeldt hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Rolf Thidén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bergfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th match minute, Bygdeträsk IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Haegg to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute Tor Josefsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Thidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Josefsson took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolf Thidén. Rolf Thidén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jonas Erserman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolf Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Blanck in the 45th minute of the match. Jon Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Skytt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play Nykvarn's Oliver Bergfeldt was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 48 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Bergfeldt. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig-Åke Skytt to make the kick off. In the 61st match minute, Nykvarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Rolf Thidén was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Kåre Lennartsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kåre Lennartsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After 68 played minutes Bygdeträsk IF got a freekick which was hit by Ian Berggren. The supporters of Bygdeträsk IF booed when Nykvarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Josefsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Bygdeträsk IF's Stig-Åke Skytt got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Carlsson came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Blanck kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Kåre Lennartsson's late challenge caught a Bygdeträsk IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kåre Lennartsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Kåre Lennartsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Rune Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Nykvarn's Jon Matsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Skytt in the 97th minute of play. The Bygdeträsk IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nykvarn were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
