Stathis Seremetidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kleanthis Karabelopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Skafνdhi FC's Stathis Seremetidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Gaffarena in the 22nd minute of play. The goalkeeper, Stathis Seremetidis, was totally fooled by Swatar United FC's Paul Alamango, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 63 minutes into the match, Skafνdhi FC's goalkeeper Stathis Seremetidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Montanaro. In the 65th minute of the match, Martin Gaffarena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stathis Seremetidis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Stathis Seremetidis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leo Hamilton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 68 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Hamilton got free with Stathis Seremetidis in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Swatar United FC's Ian Montanaro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 75th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stathis Seremetidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 97 minutes of play, Skafνdhi FC's Kleanthis Karabelopoulos made it 1-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Tedesco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Swatar United FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
