Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Victor Hugo Aristizábal got the match started through his kick off. Santio Ilarraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Vaz in the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Vanadio F.C. booed when Aɾɳσɾ FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Vasaburu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Gerhard Müller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frutos Cubas. Vanadio F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerhard Müller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute Gerhard Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frutos Cubas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xuan Presedo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Natanael Vasaburu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frutos Cubas. Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Crujeiras in the 30th minute of play forced Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s goalkeeper Santio Ilarraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eugenio Crujeiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ikatz Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santio Ilarraz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frutos Cubas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vanadio F.C.'s Frutos Cubas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerhard Müller in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Bernardo Silva got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ikatz Noboa to strike the kick off in the second half. Frutos Cubas made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Bernardo Silva sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd match minute, Vanadio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Natanael Vasaburu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frutos Cubas. Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Santio Ilarraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vanadio F.C.'s zone, Gerhard Müller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frutos Cubas came out of the goal and Gerhard Müller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Gerhard Müller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frutos Cubas. That made the score 0-2 after 61 minutes of play. Frutos Cubas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Vanadio F.C.'s Feliu Solares was substituted for Hats Selgas. In the 76th minute, Gerhard Müller fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Frutos Cubas, passed just outside the right post. Vanadio F.C. made a substitution. Honrio Izarra replaced Ikatz Noboa. Santio Ilarraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Vaz's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. A nice corner shot did that Florencio Iturbe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santio Ilarraz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emmanuel Cimbron's late challenge caught a Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmanuel Cimbron helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Vanadio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Cimbron. Victor Hugo Aristizábals short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Frutos Cubas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Flor Rial hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. After 98 played minutes, Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Natanael Vasaburu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frutos Cubas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aɾɳσɾ FC. reached it. The Aɾɳσɾ FC. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
