After 36 played minutes Aɾɳσɾ FC. got a freekick which was hit by Gian-Carlo Aponte. Domiku Albasolo scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santio Ilarraz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Real Marabino getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Xabel Candelo hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match Natanael Vasaburu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimeno Agustin skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 47th minute of play forced Real Marabino's goalkeeper Jimeno Agustin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Pandilla kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Hugo Aristizábal made a kick off. If Bernardo Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mambru Fontoya kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Victor Hugo Aristizábal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimeno Agustin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerhard Müller in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Marabino's Miguel Cervantes got a free kick in the 65th minute. Jimeno Agustin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerhard Müller went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Real Marabino's Gero Santos was substituted for Mambru Fontoya. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 70th minute of play forced Real Marabino's goalkeeper Jimeno Agustin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Gerhard Müller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Agustin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Bernardo Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aɾɳσɾ FC.'s Victor Hugo Aristizábal got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gerhard Müller struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jimeno Agustin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aɾɳσɾ FC..
