Ramond Brufau kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Vennancio Cagide sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cresconio Cavia skillfully saved the ball. Pastor Balza hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Hugo Viego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of West Town SC booed when United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramond Brufau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ursino Cervilla came free, but Cresconio Cavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Pastor Balza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Acitores. That made the score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. When Virila Calvon fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Town SC's protests and gave Virila Calvon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Virila Calvon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xilo Cortada in the 37th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Ricardo Acitores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Frasco Esquivel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave West Town SC the free kick. After 44 played minutes United FC got a freekick which was hit by Frasco Esquivel. West Town SC's Ricardo Acitores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save West Town SC from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xilo Cortada to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Xilo Cortada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Acitores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. United FC's Cresconio Cavia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Cervilla in the 57th minute of play. After 60 played minutes West Town SC got a freekick which was hit by Vennancio Cagide. In the 61st minute of the match Ramond Brufau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Acitores showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ricardo Acitores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xilo Cortada in the 64th minute of the match. Ricardo Acitores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xilo Cortada, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Xilo Cortada came free, but Ricardo Acitores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Vennancio Cagide put in a rough tackle. In the 67th minute, one of West Town SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for West Town SC. After a rather tough play, West Town SC's Ursino Cervilla got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Xilo Cortada scored 3-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Acitores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute Xilo Cortada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Acitores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Javier Mazule was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 98th minute of the match Zeru Momparte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Acitores skillfully saved the ball. West Town SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
