A collision led to Rivadavia FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Anastasio Justin hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Rivadavia FC's Luis Erramun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciriaco Faro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Gil in the 21st minute of play forced Rivadavia FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Lico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasio Justin kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Matias Cordarryl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ciriaco Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Faro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Cordarryl's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. If Luis Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Erramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ciriaco Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Luis Erramun came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Rivadavia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Erramun couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Eguerdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gustavo Lico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Frascuelo in the 47th minute of play.

51 minutes into the match, Olivia's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Cordarryl came free, but Ciriaco Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olivia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eustacio Tauro was slow to take the kick. During this time Rivadavia FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eustacio Tauro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciriaco Faro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 56thth minute of the game Matias Cordarryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olivia's Ciriaco Faro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Tello kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Matias Cordarryl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Faro was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. If Luis Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Olivia's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Frascuelo came free, but Ciriaco Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rivadavia FC's Matias Cordarryl got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Cordarryl in the 69th minute of play forced Olivia's goalkeeper Ciriaco Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Tello hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Zeledon Gil came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Olivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Gil couldn't finish the play. In the 76thth minute of the game Matias Cordarryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olivia's Ciriaco Faro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute Matias Cordarryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Olivia's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Cordarryl came free, but Ciriaco Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Lico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Gil in the 87th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
