When Prodromos Satrapis came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the •The Monsters• fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prodromos Satrapis couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Jokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erich Gronow in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of •The Monsters• booed when Fanegas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Alejandro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Jokin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prodromos Satrapis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albino Salomone hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Diego Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Salomone took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Jokin. •The Monsters•'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Jatsu in the 22nd minute of play forced •The Monsters•'s goalkeeper Jonathan Jokin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Jonathan Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Victorino Laurgain made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Diego Murillo sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Prodromos Satrapis in the 43rd minute really tested Victorino Laurgain's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Carmelo Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Prodromos Satrapis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prodromos Satrapis to make the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match Cayetano Urre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorino Laurgain showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Jatsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes, Fanegas FC's Albino Salomone shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Jokin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game Raúl Nava who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fanegas FC's Victorino Laurgain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejandro Jatsu in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Jokin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Fanegas FC booed when •The Monsters• was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Da Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Jatsu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Diego Murillo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Raúl Nava left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The •The Monsters• fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alejandro Jatsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Jokin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the •The Monsters• players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
