Salvador Oton came out of the goal and Cayetano Urre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to •The Monsters• getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Paulo Da Silva hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Minacar AFC's zone, Prodromos Satrapis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Oton came out of the goal and Prodromos Satrapis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Paris Ogazón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eriberto Endira fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minacar AFC's protests and gave Eriberto Endira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of •The Monsters• booed when Minacar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prodromos Satrapis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Salvador Oton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eugenio Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, •The Monsters•'s Paulo Da Silva got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Prodromos Satrapis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prodromos Satrapis made a kick off. Salvador Oton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prodromos Satrapis's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Paris Ogazón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Salvador Oton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prodromos Satrapis struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Salvador Oton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for •The Monsters•. With a little luck, •The Monsters•'s Jonathan Jokin got control of the ball when Fulgencio Guillem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. •The Monsters•'s Raúl Nava was substituted for Prodromos Satrapis. In the 70th minute, Raúl Nava left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The •The Monsters• fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 73rd minute, Tomas Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Raúl Nava notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Minacar AFC's Salvador Oton. Salvador Oton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute, •The Monsters•'s Ismael Erauso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ismael Erauso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of •The Monsters• protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ismael Erauso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of •The Monsters•:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Minacar AFC:s goal. •The Monsters•:s Jonathan Jokin showed great skill when he stopped Israel Kepa:s penalty. When Diego Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the •The Monsters• fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Murillo couldn't finish the play. Diego Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Oton having to interfere. Minacar AFC's Salvador Oton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Murillo in the 97th minute of play. •The Monsters• walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
