Januario Coreas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunthorpe United's Januario Coreas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Cortez in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Cortez made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Cortez in the 54th minute of play forced Nunthorpe United's goalkeeper Januario Coreas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Arturo Llorente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Januario Coreas. Nunthorpe United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Llorente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Oswaldo Messias hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Nunthorpe United's goalkeeper Januario Coreas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Llorente. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Llorente got free with Januario Coreas in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, Immingham's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Messias came free, but Cesar Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Immingham's Ismael Bran got a free kick in the 65th minute. Oswaldo Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Messias in the 69th minute of play forced Immingham's goalkeeper Cesar Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Cristian Alas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oswaldo Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cesar Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Januario Coreas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Llorente in the 89th minute. Ernesto Cortez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Nunthorpe United got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Batres. Ernesto Cortez struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Januario Coreas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Immingham. The Immingham players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
