In the 3rd minute, Nelson Pineda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pablo Mendez. The goal made the score 1-0. Ian Good recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ALBEAGLES FC's Curt Finch got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, ALBEAGLES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxwell Street to maneuver through the defense. Dania's Ian Good got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dan Savage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Good in the 18th minute of play. Curt Finch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pablo Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When ALBEAGLES FC's Nelson Pineda, in the 25th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ALBEAGLES FC. Nelson Pineda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Mendez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curt Finch's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelson Pineda got free with Pablo Mendez in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Pablo Mendez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pablo Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curt Finch, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Ventura was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Nelson Pineda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALBEAGLES FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Nelson Pineda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Pablo Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Nelson Pineda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dan Savage made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Good in the 73rd minute. Curt Finch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Mendez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Pablo Mendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Pineda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Dania's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Pineda came free, but Pablo Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelson Pineda, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Curt Finch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Nelson Pineda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALBEAGLES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Pineda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nelson Pineda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Curt Finch in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Mendez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dania's Pablo Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curt Finch in the 95th minute of play.
