Spectators: 5788 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Crystal Falls FC's Merrill Tomlinson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Miguel Lyon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6 played minutes Crystal Falls FC got a freekick which was hit by Johnathon Root. Crystal Falls FC's Rigoberto Felder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stuart Marshall in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathon Root got free with Boyce Garland in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johnathon Root could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Boyce Garland made a huge save. Boyce Garland made an important save on a dangerous shot by J.P. Barnes in the 14th minute. Miguel Lyon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merrill Tomlinson in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boyce Garland saved Temple Terrace FC from getting behind. Mason Ramey's late challenge caught a Crystal Falls FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mason Ramey helped the player get up and apologised. Boyce Garland made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Johnathon Root sent off a good shot on target. J.P. Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johnathon Root could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Boyce Garland made a huge save. Miguel Lyon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Crystal Falls FC's Avery English was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Boyce Garland in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. J.P. Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Temple Terrace FC's goalkeeper Boyce Garland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnathon Root. Miguel Lyon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Boyce Garland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Miguel Lyon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crystal Falls FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Lyon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Miguel Lyon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crystal Falls FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 51 minutes of play, Crystal Falls FC's Merrill Tomlinson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boyce Garland was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 54th minute, J.P. Barnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Merrill Tomlinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cruz Lugo fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Temple Terrace FC's protests and gave Cruz Lugo a yellow card for diving instead. Cruz Lugo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Temple Terrace FC's zone, Johnathon Root stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyce Garland came out of the goal and Johnathon Root tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute Merrill Tomlinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyce Garland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Temple Terrace FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cruz Lugo hit a great ball. Boyce Garland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merrill Tomlinson in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 minutes of play Temple Terrace FC's Mason Ramey was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 74th match minute, Temple Terrace FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mason Ramey to maneuver through the defense. Avery English received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Boyce Garland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, J.P. Barnes notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Temple Terrace FC's Boyce Garland. Boyce Garland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If J.P. Barnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Johnathon Root's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boyce Garland was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Merrill Tomlinson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crystal Falls FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Merrill Tomlinson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boyce Garland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th match minute, Temple Terrace FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Travis Benoit to maneuver through the defense. If Johnathon Root had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Crystal Falls FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
