Spectators: 7988 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) Barboursville's Ahmed Pierce started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barboursville's Ahmed Pierce managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Len Lopez in the 8 minute of the game. 13 minutes into the game, Ahmed Pierce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barboursville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chick-fil-a the free kick. In the 13th minute, Ahmed Pierce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilbert Arroyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf McLeod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmed Pierce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilbert Arroyo was a little too slow when Rudolf McLeod got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Barboursville's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marshall Layton 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Ahmed Pierce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Clark Beck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marshall Layton in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilbert Arroyo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rudolf McLeod took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilbert Arroyo. Gilbert Arroyo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marshall Layton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rudolf McLeod sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Art Saldana hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, Barboursville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Pierce to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 77 minutes, Ahmed Pierce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barboursville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmed Pierce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Barboursville booed when Chick-fil-a was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Everett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christopher Dooley hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Graig Pierce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Arroyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Len Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Chick-fil-a getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rudolf McLeod hit a great ball. Gilbert Arroyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf McLeod in the 99th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Chick-fil-a players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
