When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Fodil Djenia Lkbira sped through Santa Fe FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hemza Gallaire. 15 minutes into the match, Animal AFC's Abdelhamid Mamouni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hemza Gallaire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Rafik Raï managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Fe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafik Raï was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelhamid Ahmed breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faouzi Assad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Hemza Gallaire made a huge save. Abdelhamid Mamouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hemza Gallaire having to interfere. Hemza Gallaire made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ahmed Belaout sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Animal AFC's zone, Knodi Zéroual stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelhamid Ahmed came out of the goal and Knodi Zéroual tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodil Djenia Lkbira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmed Belaout scored 3-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hemza Gallaire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Santa Fe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelhamid Mamouni came free, but Hemza Gallaire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Animal AFC's Fodil Djenia Lkbira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hemza Gallaire. Hemza Gallaire yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 49th minute Animal AFC were awarded a corner. Hachemi Schoonmaker went to the cornerflag to take it. Hachemi Schoonmaker made a great header on Animal AFC's corner, it was just that Santa Fe FC's Hemza Gallaire managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fodil Djenia Lkbira made a kick off. After some careless play in the Santa Fe FC defense, Faouzi Assad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hemza Gallaire. The Santa Fe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hemza Gallaire should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelhamid Mamouni in the 58th minute of play forced Santa Fe FC's goalkeeper Hemza Gallaire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilles Badis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The Animal AFC fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Animal AFC's Fodil Djenia Lkbira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Knodi Zéroual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Santa Fe FC's Abdellah Merbah got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Abdelhamid Mamouni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hemza Gallaire. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fodil Djenia Lkbira in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hemza Gallaire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fodil Djenia Lkbira might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hemza Gallaire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fodil Djenia Lkbira ran back to his position shaking his head. If Abdelhamid Mamouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the match, Santa Fe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fodil Djenia Lkbira came free, but Hemza Gallaire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodil Djenia Lkbira took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hemza Gallaire. Hemza Gallaire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When Fodil Djenia Lkbira came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Animal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fodil Djenia Lkbira couldn't finish the play. Knodi Zéroual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafik Raï could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Abdelhamid Ahmed made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Abdelhamid Mamouni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Animal AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. There was no doubt that Animal AFC were the better team. Animal AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
