Evaristo Schmidt scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleandro Mesquita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Veiga in the 10th minute of play forced Descalvados's goalkeeper Aleandro Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademir Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Aleandro Mesquita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Cristóvão de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Descalvados's goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Veiga came free, but Aleandro Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edinho Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Claudinho Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliézer de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Souza having to interfere. Aleandro Mesquita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luizão Souza went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Ademir Veiga notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Descalvados's Aleandro Mesquita. Aleandro Mesquita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Adriano Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dedé Zilles came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Descalvados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dedé Zilles couldn't finish the play. Dedé Zilles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Claudinho Souza made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dedé Zilles struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Claudinho Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Descalvados. After a defensive mix-up in Arrojado F.C's zone, Edinho Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Souza came out of the goal and Edinho Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 56 played minutes, Descalvados's Zé Pedro Moura shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claudinho Souza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Descalvados reached it. Zé Pedro Moura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claudinho Souza. Arrojado F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Claudinho Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer de Azevedo in the 63rd minute of play. Descalvados's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Dinei Simões scored to the left of an out of position Aleandro Mesquita, making the score, 0-4. Aleandro Mesquita was a little too slow when Dinei Simões got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-5. Aleandro Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Veiga in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, Descalvados's Aleandro Mesquita got control of the ball when Luizão Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Descalvados's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Ademir Veiga scored to the left of an out of position Aleandro Mesquita, making the score, 0-6. If Dedé Zilles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Evaristo Schmidt could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Aleandro Mesquita however easily saved by the left post. The Arrojado F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
