The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geovânio Amorim during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Virgílio de Lara fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pankakes's protests and gave Virgílio de Lara a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Pankakes getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mané Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arquímedes Arquett having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Paulinho Freitas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Pankakes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moura13 the free kick. Hamílton Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão Bezerra having to interfere. Benê Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tostão Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes in the game, Mané Coutinho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arquímedes Arquett having to interfere. A collision led to FC Pankakes getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Benê Vinhas hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Benê Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benê Vinhas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 83 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Tostão Bezerra right hand side. Benê Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, FC Pankakes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Salgado to maneuver through the defense. Mané Coutinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arquímedes Arquett having to make a save.
