When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Belmiro Mazza sped through Nemoel United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastião Velasco. In the 24th minute, Erivaldo Severo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastião Velasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After having played for 27 minutes, Erivaldo Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidos da Pucurunga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erivaldo Severo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastião Velasco came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Unidos da Pucurunga's Belmiro Mazza. But to his dismay, Belmiro Mazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 34th minute, Daniel Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Mazza spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Nemoel United's goal. Sebastião Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Belmiro Mazza's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Augusto Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belmiro Mazza to strike the kick off in the second half. The Unidos da Pucurunga fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Unidos da Pucurunga's Belmiro Mazza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Erivaldo Severo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Sebastião Velasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unidos da Pucurunga. Sebastião Velasco didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Unidos da Pucurunga's Belmiro Mazza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-12 in the ordered_time% minute. When the final whistle sounded Unidos da Pucurunga left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nemoel United.
