The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. José Carlos Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dieguinho Souza made a huge save. Claudinho Trancoso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Dieguinho Souza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 10 in the game by José Carlos Vieira from a close distance when the talented Dieguinho Souza managed to make a qualified save. Calcere's players were relieved. Dieguinho Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18thth minute of the game Claudinho Trancoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calcere's Dieguinho Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th match minute, Calcere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Claudinho Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dieguinho Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dieguinho Souza made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when José Carlos Vieira sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Trancoso in the 31st minute of play forced Calcere's goalkeeper Dieguinho Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Dedê Rossi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Calcere's Dieguinho Souza did a great save. Claudinho Trancoso was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Os LargadoS N.A.S.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 42nd minute, Claudinho Trancoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dieguinho Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Trancoso in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinho Trancoso made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Calcere fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Carlos Vieira in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dieguinho Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59thth minute of the game José Carlos Vieira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calcere's Dieguinho Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Dedê Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinho Trancoso struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dieguinho Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Os LargadoS N.A.S.. Válbson Arósio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dieguinho Souza. Calcere's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Os LargadoS N.A.S.'s Dino Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Bezerra in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Trancoso in the 78th minute of play forced Calcere's goalkeeper Dieguinho Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Calcere:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Os LargadoS N.A.S.:s goal. Calcere:s Dieguinho Souza showed great skill when he stopped Dedê Rossi:s penalty. José Carlos Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dieguinho Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Claudinho Trancoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dieguinho Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Dieguinho Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Vieira in the 99th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Calcere players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Os LargadoS N.A.S..
