In the 5th minute Võ Foder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Hidalgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Tolis Lazaridis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolis Lazaridis in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fortunato Biancone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Rio Brando de Andradas FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Cido Souza hit a great ball. Victor Luis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fortunato Biancone. Rio Brando de Andradas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fortunato Biancone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolis Lazaridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Fortunato Biancone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tolis Lazaridis went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the game, Naldo Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fortunato Biancone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rio Brando de Andradas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Válter Saldanha scored to the left of an out of position Fortunato Biancone, making the score, 0-11. The audience was convinced that Válter Saldanha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fortunato Biancone was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 77 played minutes Rio Brando de Andradas FC got a freekick which was hit by Einar Wall. Fortunato Biancone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victor Luis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fortunato Biancone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Válter Saldanha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fortunato Biancone. The goal made the score 0-15.
