After 17 played minutes Hnos Ferrucci got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Marino. Ramiro Sotero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Manni having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Apolo Rocendo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Abelardo Resto to make any attempt to save it. When Cirilo Phelipe came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Hnos Ferrucci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Phelipe couldn't finish the play. Federico Oxel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Cirilo Phelipe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Abelardo Resto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abelardo Resto made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Lino Llanos sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, Benavídez's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Brun came free, but Abelardo Resto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Lino Llanos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Resto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Cirilo Phelipe made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Cirilo Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hnos Ferrucci's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Phelipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Resto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Kaxen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Isidoro Abalos put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Abelardo Resto. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hnos Ferrucci fully deserved thier win.
